Everything was great, breakfast was marvellous and sensational. Amazingly friendly staff did a great job. The single room with comfy bed had basic facilities you need.

All in all everything was good, had an excellent stay on a longer visit. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location very close to Scone Palace and the city centre, Perth and the lovely North Inch park. Soup restaurant George Street Tea Rooms located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The breakfast was excellent and great with sandwiches, very nice coffee plus juice and had something for everyone. The hotel was lovely old and in a central location. The staff was superfriendly and affable - we would have stayed for longer.

It was a beautiful old hotel, no complains at all, recommend. Had a great 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The breakfast was excellent with porridge, home-made bread and yogurt, the restaurant was fabulous. The employees were brilliantly friendly and excellent all the time.
